In other programs, patients with chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, asthma, and hypertension are given a relatively short duration of medication bases on supplies on-hand during the clinic.  Because we have made connections allowing for significant discounted medications and shipment costs, we have been able to continue to provide medication and cost-free follow up evaluations for any patient with these diseases seen during our mobile clinics.
